Your AI-native partner for HealthTech.

HealthTech teams ship interfaces that carry real clinical weight — patient portals, telehealth consult rooms, EHR integrations, clinical documentation, care-plan dashboards. We design, build, and ship across all of these surfaces, with the patterns, accessibility standards, and HIPAA-aware affordances healthcare actually requires. The free Skyfall Aegis UI kit further down the page is one piece of the partnership — install it, prototype with it, and engage us when you're ready to ship the full product.

Use cases we ship for HealthTech teams

The patterns HealthTech products actually depend on — covered by Skyfall Aegis, extendable via a custom engagement.

Patient portals & onboarding

Registration, intake forms, consent flows, and dashboards that handle sensitive data with appropriate affordances.

Telehealth & virtual care

Consult rooms, pre-visit intake, in-visit note-taking, and post-visit follow-up patterns.

Clinical workflows

Chart views, order entry, documentation, result review, and secure messaging built for provider speed.

Appointment scheduling

Provider availability, patient booking, reminders, and reschedule/cancel flows.

Care-team collaboration

Provider rosters, care-team messaging, handoffs, and shift patterns.

Medication & labs

Medication lists, dosing patterns, lab-result review, and reference-range visualisation.

AI-native

AI agents we design for HealthTech

Concrete agent shapes we design and ship as part of a partnership — not packaged products. Each one lives inside a real HealthTech workflow.

See Labs

Intake triage agent

Sits between patient-submitted intake and the provider's pre-consult review.

Outcome

Summarises history, flags red-flag symptoms, and proposes the consult's opening questions.

Clinical-documentation copilot

In-visit and post-visit, drafts notes from structured observations and consult transcripts.

Outcome

Produces SOAP notes ready for provider edit — respecting PHI boundaries and specialty-specific formats.

Prior-auth assistant

Runs across payer forms, clinical criteria, and the patient chart.

Outcome

Pre-fills auth requests, surfaces denial patterns, and proposes next steps on rejection.

HealthTech FAQ

Is Aegis HIPAA-compliant?

A UI kit by itself cannot be HIPAA-compliant — compliance depends on the whole system (hosting, auth, data handling, access controls). Aegis is HIPAA-aware: components are designed so you can build compliant products on top, with the right affordances for PHI display, consent, and secure messaging. We can help you architect the full compliant stack as an engagement.

Do you work with existing EHR integrations?

Yes. Most HealthTech products we ship are integrating with one or more EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) via FHIR, HL7, or vendor APIs. The UI patterns in Aegis are designed to make integration-specific screens (e.g. patient match, duplicate records, missing data) feel intentional, not like afterthoughts.

Accessibility — what's the baseline?

Every Aegis component targets WCAG 2.1 AA by default: keyboard operable, focus-visible, ARIA roles, sufficient contrast. Clinical surfaces raise the bar on colour-only signals (we use shape + text + colour), which matters for accessibility and for clinicians reading under time pressure.

Can you build a full telehealth product from scratch?

Yes — that's exactly the scope of an End-to-End Product Development engagement. We've shipped telehealth surfaces with Aegis as the foundation, Supabase or custom backend, integrated video (Daily, Twilio, Zoom SDK), and launched in 8–12 weeks.
